Who we are
vanity!
Cole Burkhalter, aka vanity!, is the founder of Creations in Vain. Hailing from East Texas, he grew up surrounded by music, thanks to his mother and grandmothers, all music professors. With a background in piano, guitar, and vocal performance, he earned a college scholarship to sing, touring Europe with an a cappella chorus that won a regional Emmy award for best live recording.
Inspired by his deep-rooted love for music and creativity, Cole began producing in early 2020. His production repertoire spans across multiple genres, including dubstep, drum and bass, Afro house, and deep house. His classical roots shine through with rich chord progressions, organic percussion, and brass elements.
Beyond producing, Cole has cultivated a passion for DJing, motivated by his desire to share great music and create unique experiences. He is dedicated not only to his own artistic vision but also to supporting fellow artists. As a Christian, Cole ensures that his art and events align with his personal values, bringing a sense of purpose and positivity to everything he does.

Based in the Tampa Bay Area, Ye Omne Productions is dedicated to creating unforgettable events that celebrate local musicians, artists, and creatives across all mediums. From DJs and singers to poets, photographers, and chefs, we bring diverse talents together to craft unique experiences that showcase art, culture, and community. Our events highlight local talent, foster connection, and embrace artistic collaboration.
Ye Omne Productions also offers professional audio, visual, and DJ equipment rentals to support events of all kinds.
